Women in Film International was founded in 1973, and advocates for and advances the careers of women working in the screen industries to achieve parity and transform culture. WIF is officially 50 years old!

As entrepreneur of Julye Newlin Productions for over 15 years, Julye has acted as editor, camerawoman, cinematographer, and sound recordist for several films and television series, including "Judge Alex" and "Modern Marvels."

She vibes well with the vigorous work ethic demanded by the company, and makes good use of her Mass Media Arts BA degree from Houston Baptist University through multimedia management, videography, and photography.
